Porter Service


The HOA dues pays for porter and landscaping services for the cleaning and maintenance of the common areas of the complex. The HOA is only responsible for the building, not items inside Units such as trash disposers, dryers, etc. The HOA does not have a maintenance person who handles internal Unit repairs or modifications. If you have a cleaning or maintenance issue related to the common area, you may notify the porter, management company and HOA board by e-mailing the porter.
