The Railyard HOA
"To provide a resident-driven, professionally managed and fiscally responsible community committed to maintaining and enhancing the property and being good citizens of downtown Austin."
The Railyard Home Owners Association (HOA) is the organization that governs the Railyard community. The HOA is run by a board consisting of 5 members. The HOA is responsible for building upkeep while Owners are responsible for repairs, remodeling and maintenance of their Units. The property is managed by an outside management company.
Rules for the community have been established by the HOA.
The HOA is governed by a set of Condo Documents (CCRs).
Minutes are taken at each board meeting and the annual meeting.
Board meetings are normally held the 3rd Tuesday of each month at 6:00 pm at the Twelve Rivers Office: 700 Rio Grande.Â This time and the location are subject to change. A notice of the location, date and time of the meeting will be posted on the Railyard's Official Google Group.

When a board member's term ends or there is a vacancy on the board, new board members are elected at the annual meeting typically held in February each year. If you are considering running for the board, it is recommended that you attend the monthly board meetings as a way to become familiar with the board's functions prior to an election.
